VPAT stands for Voluntary Product Accessibility Template. It is a standardized template used to document how a product addresses applicable accessibility requirements. The completed document is commonly provided as an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR).
WCAG 2.1 AA by default, extending to WCAG 2.2 and AAA criteria on request, with findings mapped to Section 508 and EN 301 549.
Both, but much of the work is product and engineering: consent that is granular and easy to withdraw, working flows for data principal rights, and instrumentation to detect and report personal data breaches.
